Jeff Roberto first started sushi when there were only a handful of Japanese restaurants in San Diego. He was traditionally trained as a Sushi Chef and 10 years later, opened Sushi on a Roll. Since opening Sushi on a Roll in 1993, Roberto has been in the sushi industry for over 30 years and has had experience providing sushi for various outlets in San Diego including hotels, caterers, country clubs, brunches, concerts, conventions, stadiums and other major events.
